Flagboards and signs can be printed on traditional fluted correx in various
weights and thickness.Our boards are supplied completed and drilled.
For Sale / Sold slips, posts, nylon fixing nuts and bolts can be purchased
separately.
Flag boards are normally printed on 6mm 1500gsm material and are designed
for post fixing on one side. The face area must not exceed 0.5 m square which
complies with Government and local planning legislation.
"To Let" V Boards are produced on one sheet of 4mm 700gsm material correx
which are then scored and folded to provide the side fixing flaps keeping
the whole sign in one easily stored and transportable piece. The overall area
of both sides of the V must not exceed 0.6m square.
T boards are printed on two sheets of 4mm 700gsm material fixed at the vertical
edges to allow the post to be inserted in the middle between the sheets, again
the area must not exceed 0.5m square for residential estate agent boards.
The Town & Country Planning
Act stipulates what is acceptable regarding sizes for display material and
signage. Any deviation from the guide may need planning permission as each
individual local authority has further planning rules and restrictions ie,
heritage sites and local bylaws. If you are unsure, check with your local
